The People of Serua just accorded Coach Ben Ryan with a traditional Fijian Ceremony, gave him the chiefly name "Ratu Peni Raiyani Latianara" and a piece of land which was signed by the landowners and Ratu Peni Raiyani Latianara during the ceremony.
